So far a good place. They are very busy so sometimes you have to wait or service isn't as good. I'd give 5 stars but as I mentioned, sometimes service isn't very good considering their staff limitations and how overwhelmed they seem to be. Though I understand their position I still have issue with their lack of service on busy times. Its not something the customer should be paying for. That being said, rhay have a large array of services and products. They just need better staff

This was my go to hardware store until last week, I came in to make a copy of a key and the worker made the copy and threw the give on the counter rudely and said $1. I then asked and question to see if they had something I was looking for and he gave me direction but wasnt clear so I asked someone else. I returned 2 days later because the key he made didnt work and again he threw the key on the counter and walked away. Once again the key doesnt work but looks like I'll have to go somewhere else.

Super fast, life savers! We were locked inside our apartment, couldn't open the door from the inside or outside. They came, opened the door and replaced the lock for us very quickly!!!! Great service highly recommend!!! You can't get better than this!

Called Harlem Locksmiths just after landing at PDX late at day on a weekend. They were waiting for me in economy parking by the time I got there. Straight forward. 10 out of 9.
